CSS dropdowns

Menus are css only, none of that pesky insecure Javascript. Good newsgroup discussion: comp.infosystems.www.authoring.stylesheets, Subject: Re: Multilevel menus uwing css? I stole almost all of this code from Mark Newhouse to arrange the menu horizontally and Eric Meyer to break out the submenus.

Today I'll put the nav menu in a horizontal bar at the top, where it belongs so, for the time being, the nav on this page might look a little (err ...) unconvential, let's say.
